With a new, slicker casing than the first-gen iPhone, together with HSDPA for high-speed connectivity, the upgraded model will go on sale on July 11th priced from an astonishing $199.latest mobile phones

The iPhone 3G has all of the new iPhone 2.0 functionality, including Enterprise support for Exchange, as well as the newly announced MobileMe service. That’s been described as “Exchange for the rest of us”, and for $99 a year you get instant synchronisation of email, calendar and contacts, as well as pictures and 20GB online backup, between iPhone, Mac and PC. They’ve also developed a very slick Web 2.0 client that behaves just like Apple’s desktop apps.
